Um evento multi-esportivo enorme, os Jogos Mundiais Militares começam quinta no Rio de Janeiro, Brasil, de 16 de julho com mais de 100 nações esperados para participar e soldados competindo em 24 esportes diferentes, incluindo boxe.


O torneio de boxe dos Jogos será um evento gigantesco, porque os organizadores estão esperando 178 pugilistas de 39 países da Oceania Boxing Confederação é o único que não será o envio de qualquer atleta. O local da competição será Almirante Miliciades Portela Centro de Instrução Alves no coração do Rio de Janeiro.


Os melhores pugilistas brasileiros são membros do exército local, portanto, ser todos competindo nos Jogos Mundiais Militares em frente à torcida. Os espectadores local será capaz de ver Julião Neto, Robinelson Jesus Vieira, Robson Conceição, Everton Lopes, Myke Carvalho e Pedro Lima em ação.


À luz flyweight classe China AIBA Campeonato Mundial de bronze medalhista Li Jiazhao e da Índia AIBA Juventude Campeão do Mundo Nanao Thokchom Singh são os principais favoritos, enquanto Africano Marrocos Championships medalha de prata Abdelali Deraa e Sung da Coréia do Norte Canção Guk são os contendores medalha no Rio de Janeiro.

Vencedor da Síria Jogos Asiáticos de 22 anos de idade, Mohammad Ghossoun tem uma boa chance de ser coroado na competição pesada. Asian Índia Jogos medalhista de prata Manpreet Singh, Youth Olympic Games medalhista de bronze de 18 anos de idade, Fabio Turchi da Itália e da Alemanha Stefan Koeber terá que lutar muito para bater a ponta de lança da Síria.


Mohammad, irmão mais velho Sumar Ghossoun é outra grande esperança para a Síria nos Jogos Mundiais Militares, mas o veterano do Cazaquistão Rustam Rygebayev AIBA e da China World Championships medalhista de bronze Yushan Nijiati poderia detê-lo. Múltiplas argelino Kamel Rahmani Campeão Nacional e Gidelson Oliveira do Brasil têm chance de causar algumas surpresas na classe super pesado.

A classificação por equipes ficou da seguinte forma: Campeã: São Paulo. Vice: Bahia e terceiro o Rio de Janeiro.

THE EVOLUTION OF BOXING BRAZILIAN


It is clear the development of the national boxing in recent years. The results of recent international Brazilian Olympic team demonstrate the correctness of the chosen path a few years ago.

Investments in financial resources, time and dedication to the selected country aspire to a position among the first in the world are not small. The Cuban government has been investing for nearly 40 years in Olympic boxing, so that it could achieve and maintain the current position of supremacy. And do not stop there. The commitment and work to maintain this position are uninterrupted. Other countries are getting closer and spending, aiming to lead gains in international tournaments. Just check the work that the European countries, especially East and Asia are doing.


Yes, there is still much to Brazil to reach the global positioning reported above. However, there is no denying that correct decision making by the Brazilian Confederation of Boxing are being translated into good results.

Take for example the year 2006 only. Brazil has already participated in four international tournaments this year. In early March, the Dominican Republic, International Tournament in Independence Cup, the Brazilian team brought six medals. Two gold, two silver and two bronze. He was in 3rd place in the competition, behind only the Dominican Republic and Cuba and ahead of traditional teams like Puerto Rico and Italy. But this award is an even greater significance when one considers that among the Brazilian wins included a few stars on Cuba. Myke Carvalho defeated Cuban Carlos Banteur. Banteur has over 200 fights. It was world junior champion in 2004 and silver medal in the World Cup 2005 Adult. In 2006, Cuban vice-champion and runner-up of the Cuban Olympic III. It is one of the main Cuban boxers at the time. In the same tournament, a spectacular victory, Washington Silva, 81 kg category, won Duniet Dorticos, Cuban vice-champion, runner-up last World Cup held in 2005 and silver medal in the Olympics Cuban III.


At the end of March in Puerto Rico, a result that surprised all the foreign journalists present at the International Boxing Tournament Cheo Aponte. <strong>Brazil is the champion in Puerto Rico
